Audit
Senior Audit Manager

Candidates must have the ability to examine complex leases, analyze expense categories for reasonableness and accuracy, validate annual escalation statements, prepare variance reports and create and maintain audit work papers, supporting schedules and cost models. Individuals must be intuitive with strong problem solving, analytical, financial and audit skills. Individuals must be technically advanced with an expert command of Microsoft Word ®, Microsoft Outlook®, Microsoft Excel®, Microsoft Power Point®, Microsoft®, Adobe Acrobat® and have a detailed working knowledge of databases. CPA, MBA or advanced degree preferred, but bachelor’s degree required. Minimum of 5 years accounting, finance and/or real estate experience required.

Job functions include, but are not limited to, portfolio monitoring, financial reviews, expense analysis, audit team management, audit workflow approval, settlement negotiations, conducting training and educational programs both internally and externally.

Audit Manager

Candidates must have exceptionally strong analytical and problem solving abilities and possess experience in successfully detailing the intricate financial aspects of building operations. Individuals must also have the ability to organize and prioritize workloads, work independently, and meet strict reporting deadlines. CPA, MBA or advanced degree preferred, but bachelor’s degree required. Minimum of 3 years accounting, finance and/or real estate experience required.

Job functions include, but are not limited to, data validation and support studies, expense modeling, fieldwork auditing, report preparation, collection strategy development, settlement negotiations and collections and overall audit project management.

Real Estate Analyst

Candidates must have experience in interpreting leases, financial problem solving, expense benchmarking, cost modeling, analytical thinking and development of audit reports. Individuals must have a strong command of Microsoft Word ®, Microsoft Outlook®, Microsoft Excel®, Microsoft Power Point®, Microsoft®, Adobe Acrobat® and have a detailed working knowledge of databases. Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum of 3 years accounting, finance and/or real estate experience required.

Job functions include, but are not limited to, interpreting and analyzing financial terms of lease agreements, detailing contractual rights and obligations, reviewing lease and building accounting, performing quality assurance reviews and control functions.

Quality Control
Quality Control Project Manager

Candidates must have solid technical skills and excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Individuals must be self starters capable of working with minimal supervision and direction and be able to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects on a timely and concurrent basis. Individuals must have a strong command of Microsoft Word ®, Microsoft Outlook®, Microsoft Excel®, Microsoft Power Point®, Microsoft®, Adobe Acrobat® and have a working knowledge of databases. Bachelor’s degree required with a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute. Minimum of 5 years project management experience in a position of steadily increasing responsibility required.

Job functions include, but are not limited to, strategy development, defining audit project scopes, aligning processes, estimating corporate resources, creating program schedules, team coordination, driving campaign transitions, document collection and management, campaign oversight, data validation, performing productivity analyses, creating and distributing campaign updates and serving as a liaison to audit campaign stakeholders on an ongoing basis.

Quality Control Manager

Candidates must be team players with positive, helpful attitudes, have excellent interpersonal skills and an exceptional work ethic. Individuals must be able to handle complex projects, develop and adhere to program timelines and manage internal staff and client relationships. Individuals must have a strong command of Microsoft Word®, Microsoft Outlook®, Microsoft Excel®, Microsoft Power Point®, Microsoft Access®, Adobe Acrobat® and have a working knowledge of databases. Bachelor’s degree required with a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute. Minimum of 3 years project management experience in a position of steadily increasing responsibility required.

Job functions include, but are not limited to, portfolio analysis, expense abstracting, securing audit rights, information requests and data collection, processing confidentiality agreements, validating estoppels certificates and assisting in the closure of audits as necessary.

Quality Control Assistant

Candidates must have superior verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, excellent work ethic, capacity to support and maintain projects and the ability to interact with clients. Individuals must be detailed, well rounded and able to successfully work on project teams. Individuals must have a strong command of Microsoft Word ®, Microsoft Outlook®, Microsoft Excel®, Microsoft Power Point®, Adobe Acrobat® and have a working knowledge of databases. Bachelor’s degree required with a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute. Minimum of 2 years related work experience in a fast paced office environment required.

Job functions include, but are not limited to, file and record maintenance, expense abstracting, data validation, data uploads, database management, securing audit rights, information requests and data collection and daily, weekly and monthly report generation.

Executive Assistant

Candidates must have superior verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills and have a proven ability to multi-task and proactively anticipate the needs of executives. Individuals must have excellent telephone etiquette, be flexible with respect to changing plans and requests, be reliable, professional and detail oriented and have exceptional follow-through. Individuals must have a strong command of Microsoft Word®, Microsoft Outlook®, Microsoft Excel®, Microsoft Power Point®, Adobe Acrobat® and have a working knowledge of databases. Bachelor’s degree required with a minimum typing speed of 60 words per minute. Minimum of 5 years related work experience in a fast paced office environment required.

Job functions include, but are not limited to, executive support, answering phones, managing challenging calendars, file and record maintenance, handling confidential information, undertaking and leading special projects as needed, internal and external client interaction.

Administrative Assistant

Candidates must have superior verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills and have exceptional attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy and follow through. Individuals must possess excellent priority setting and problem solving skills, must be able to handle assignments with little direction or supervision, anticipate issues and handle them independently as appropriate. Candidates must also demonstrate proficiency in managing and completing multiple requests simultaneously and have an ability to perform a wide range of administrative and support activities and tasks. Individuals must be proficient in Microsoft Word®, Microsoft Outlook®, Microsoft Excel®, Microsoft Power Point®, Adobe Acrobat® and have a working knowledge of databases. Bachelor’s degree preferred, but applicant must be at least a high school graduate or equivalent with a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute. Minimum of 3-5 years related work experience in a fast paced office environment required.

Job functions include, but are not limited to, answering phones, data entry, daily, weekly and monthly report generation, making travel arrangements, managing calendars, processing expense reports, planning and attending meetings, word processing, mail merges, memo distribution and order/maintain office supplies.

Office Clerk

Candidates must have excellent clerical abilities (with an emphasis on verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills) and have experience using Microsoft Word ®, Microsoft Outlook® and Microsoft Excel®. Individuals must be well organized, detail oriented, willing to take initiative, able to prioritize and meet deadlines, possess good common sense and have a positive attitude. Applicant must be at least a high school graduate or equivalent with a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute. Minimum of 2-3 years related work experience in a fast paced office environment required.

Legal
Corporate Attorney

Candidates must be well rounded, have an ability lead project teams, direct internal and external legal initiatives and provide support for complex real estate and financial transactions. Minimum of 5 years of preferably large firm/corporate legal experience required.

Job functions include, but are not limited to, contract negotiations, day-to-day corporate counsel and management team guidance, due diligence, settlement negotiation support and general corporate legal oversight.

Paralegal

Candidates must have superior verbal, written and communication skills. Individuals must be organized, possess exceptional research abilities and a keen understanding of domestic, real estate law. Bachelor ’s degree or completion of a paralegal program of study or a demonstrated professional experience equivalent required. Minimum of 2 years of preferably large firm/corporate paralegal experience required.

Job functions include, but are not limited to, document review and preparation, performing due diligence, case law research, confidentiality agreement reviews, estoppel certificate validation and processing, audit negotiation support and preparation of audit closing documents.

Internship
Annual

Candidates must have superior verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills and have a proven ability to multi-task. Individuals must be reliable, professional and detail oriented. Individuals must have a strong command of Microsoft Word ®, Microsoft Outlook®, Microsoft Excel®, Microsoft Power Point®, Adobe Acrobat® and have working knowledge of databases.

Job functions include, but are not limited to, supporting campaign transition teams, audit file generation, database maintenance, update creation and distribution, undertaking and leading special projects as needed and internal and external client interaction.

Summer

Candidates must have superior verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills and have a proven ability to multi-task. Individuals must be reliable, professional and detail oriented.
